Refund and Cancellation

At Rvtcad. (“Rvtcad,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to deliver high-quality services and software tools to our clients worldwide. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are applicable for our digital services, software licenses, and custom deliverables.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to:

  • 3D Laser Scanning & Point Cloud Services

  • BIM/CAD Modeling Projects

  • Custom Software Tools and Plugins (Monthly/Yearly Licensing)

  • Online Software Purchases and Subscriptions

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  A. Service-Based Projects:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email (info@rvtcad.com) within 24 hours of project initiation.

  • If the work has not yet started, a full refund will be issued.

  • If work has commenced, cancellation may incur partial deductions based on the progress completed.

  • No cancellations are allowed after project completion or delivery.

  B. Software Subscriptions:

  • Users may cancel monthly/yearly subscriptions anytime via the original platform or by contacting us.

  • Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current active period.

  • Auto-renewals must be cancelled before the billing date to avoid future charges.

 

 

3. Refund Policy

  A. Digital Services (Scan to BIM / CAD Projects):

  • Refunds are not issued for services already delivered or milestones already approved.

  • In case of dissatisfaction, clients must report issues within 3 business days of delivery.

  • If a delivery is proven to be defective or incomplete as per agreed scope, we may issue a partial refund or offer revisions at no additional cost.

  B. Software Tools and Plugins:

  • We do not offer refunds on digital software licenses once the product key or access has been issued.

  • In case of technical issues, users are requested to contact support. If the issue cannot be resolved within 7 working days, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be processed for issues caused by incorrect/incomplete data provided by the client.

  • No refunds on promotional offers or discounted pricing.

  • Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

 

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund:

  • Email us at info@rvtcad.com with your order number, reason for request, and relevant documents or screenshots.

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed and responded to within 5-7 business days.

 

 

6. Policy Changes

Rvtcad reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
