Welcome to Rvtcad ("Rvtcad," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (www.rvtcad.com) and our services, including Architectural Design, 3D Laser Scanning, Scan to BIM, CAD Modeling, and Custom Software Development (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Overview

Rvtcad offers specialized BIM and CAD services to clients worldwide, including but not limited to:

Architecture, Construction, Interior designing
3D Laser Scanning
Point Cloud to BIM Conversion
2D & 3D Modeling
Revit/CAD Drafting
Custom BIM Software and Plugins/Tools Development

All deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate project data, point clouds, drawings, PDFs, etc.
Ensuring that shared content does not infringe on intellectual property rights
Timely communication and feedback for project progress

4. Software Licensing Terms

Rvtcad offers custom software tools and plugins under a subscription-based license model, including but not limited to monthly and yearly plans. By purchasing a license, you agree to the following terms:

Each license is valid for the selected duration (monthly or yearly) and must be renewed upon expiration to continue using the software.
Licenses are issued per user or per machine, based on the license type selected at purchase.
You may not duplicate, share, sublicense, or resell any part of our software or plugins without written permission from Rvtcad.
Rvtcad reserves the right to deactivate licenses if misuse, unauthorized sharing, or breach of terms is detected.
Updates and support are provided only to users with an active license.
In case of auto-renewal subscriptions, users can cancel before the billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and designs developed by Rvtcad are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use the deliverables only for the intended project.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our deliverables is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments & Pricing

All payments must be made as per the invoice terms
Late payments may incur interest or result in delivery delays
Pricing is subject to change based on project scope
Custom software projects may require milestone-based payments

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your project files, drawings, point cloud data, and communication. Mutual NDAs may be signed upon request.

8. Revisions & Feedback

Basic revisions are included unless otherwise stated
Major scope changes after project commencement may incur additional charges
Feedback should be shared within the agreed time frame

9. Limitation of Liability

Rvtcad is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays due to client-side errors, incomplete data, or force majeure events
Loss of data not caused by our negligence

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services:

In case of violation of these Terms
If any illegal or unethical activity is found
Upon non-payment or breach of contract terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of New Delhi, Delhi, India.

12. Updates to Terms

Rvtcad may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes acceptance.
